“I don’t need no advice from Kobe Bryant,” LaVar Ball said Thursday. This is just the latest in, what now seems to be a daily event, the LaVar Ball take. He said that he is fine with his son getting advice from Kobe but that his son will need to play his game. While this isn’t anything surprising, some do wonder what Lonzo thinks of these statements. We will probably never know if Lonzo wanted Kobe’s advice or what would happen if he did go up to Kobe for advice, but for now it seems like we, along with the rest of the media will just have to leave it up to imagination and wait for the next LaVar Ball quote.
I am wishing that someone would ask Kobe about this too because we all know that Kobe does not care if someone does not want his advice since he has already been linked to some of the biggest stars in the sport when it comes to advice. Russell Westbrook, Kyrie Irving, Kawhi Leonard, Isaiah Thomas, and Gordon Hayward have all been asked the Mamba for help in some sort of way. But I do want to see how Kobe would answer to questions regarding LaVar Ball.
